Supposedly collecting for xm radio

i recieved calls from this company claiming they were calling to collect a debt. i informed them that i had already paid that bill. They continued to call and harrass me daily. finally the calls stopped just to start again. when they called the second time they threated me sayingtthey were notified that i had paid the bill but if i didn't pay them there fee they was going to put it on my credit report. so i paid there fee although i didn't feel i owed them because i had already paid the debt to the company i owed before the even contacted me. i requested a reciept be mailed to me for my records and they said ok i would have it within a week. i called a week later for i had not received anything from this company. the representative told me the person who gave me that information was wrong and that they policy is that they mail them thirty days after the payment is processed to make sure you don't retrack your payment. i asked the lady if they could e-mail the reciept since i knew someone who had a receipt e-mailed to them. she called me a liar and hung up on me. my sister told me to call back she had a bill with them . the same day she paid it they e-mailed her a reciept. i called back asked for a manager she said i had to wait but she had updated my account and one would automaticly be mailed out in thirty days. it has been thirty days and i still don't have one. i called the company was transferred to many differnt accounts and hung up on. this happened seven times then i called and just asked for there corporate number, and once again they transferred me to differnt departments and then hung up on me. then i called and they transfered me to another department they lady said she would give it to me to hold on and hung up on me. when i called back they transferred me right back to her and she got smart with me saying you hung up on me do you want the number or not? i told her i was hung up on she got even louder threating not to give me the number if i didn't shut up and hear her out. i asked for the number again she replied when you shut up and i will give it to then gave me a number i asked for her name and ext she said Trisha 4270 laughed and hung up. i tried calling the number she gave it lead me right back to the main number not a coporate office. i paid my bill before they even contacted me i still paid them there fee to keep it off my credit report and all i want is a receipt and never to be contacted from this company ever again.

Automated message asking for my husbands name, if not hang up immediately. Message tells him to call 877-683-1155. The phone number just rings, no one answers We have no debts owed. Makes no sense

They said they were from EOCCA? It was an automated call about collecting a debt. IRest assured - I do not have any unpaid debts. When I called the number back a machine identified the place as EOCCA. I was then forwarded to an extension that rang 25 - 30 times. A person answered and when I identified myself as having just received a call from this number thay hung up the phone. Several attempts to call back resulted in a busy signal.
