These people call me about once a day; I never pick up and they have never left a message; obviously a telemarketer even though I am on the Do Not Call list.

Public Insight Research is a political polling group. The Do Not Call list excludes political research. Sometimes, if you have a difficult name or if something goes wrong, you won't hear anyone on the other end. This is because they hung up, or it didn't connect properly. When they come on the line, just tell them it's a wrong number. Their lists are often old and repeated, just keep telling them it's a rwrong number and they'll eventualy stop calling. The whole thing is just annyoning.

I've never signed up for any grants or loans. They've called my cell phone several times, but no one there when I answer.
My Wife Signed up for goverment grants on-line and now they will not quit calling we both have told them she is not interested and yet they just keep on.
I have never signed up for any grants and this number has called the last 3 days. I don't answer it because I don't know the number.
