called my cell ,left message identified as Ocean Federal Credit Union, said they were following up on something they sent me

Has called three times in the last 4 days. I finally answered and asked how they got my information. Said they did a prescreen to see that I qualify to refinance a car. Told them to remove me from their calling list.

I keep getting calls for someone else to refinance the car, I do not have a car loan. I have ask them repeatedly to stop calling me. They wait about a week and call and leave another message for this other person and I called them again and demanded that they stop calling for this other person, because this is not their cell number and I have had this same number for 10 years!
DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A SCAM OR NOT, BUT I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM JUST BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!!
