I just had a similar experience. The number left a message on my cell phone which was a computer recording stating they needed to do a VOE (verification of employment) and that I should call them before they contact my employer directly. I called back and it was a Clark Williams. Seems like a fraud to me.

The exact same thing happened to me today as what happend to nichole clark above. He told me the exact same things and none of it made sense. I was told by a guy who answered the number he told me i had to call back to drain my bank account. Any one elsr have this happen to them? And did they lock your bank account?

a tony Wilson called saying he was from California summons services and that I had fraudulent charges against me. gave me the last 4 digits of my ssn, saying he was going to lock me out of my bank accts and remove me from work. and to call back and give them information. my guess this is fake since if they were going to lock me out of my bank acct they would already have access to my acct. when I called the number he left no one answered and a voice message came on saying the company was n & g capitol. the number on the website gives a different number then the number he had me call him back at.
