they ask for your ss#, birth date....a copy to be faxed to them of all ur personal info...then tell us we have a bill from another state we have never been to from 1977

Calls everyday, last count 23 times. I am not going to answer the phone or call back. I do not know who they are or what they want but usually these calls are from telemarketers, pollsters or scammers. If it will stop the calls I will report them to the National Do Not Call Organization.

Caller: I do not know their name just the phone number from caller ID. 1-877-816-7165.

not sure they left me a message saying to call them back they said my 1st and last
name and said to give them a call back at this number listed above.
When i did they wanted me to enter a number that i don;t have.

Are they someone who is a true bill collector?

company is using harassment, they want to charge fees not used. calling 3x a day everyday and cant provide proof its ridiculous.
