someone by the name of Amy Stafford called my work and cell regarding a bad check i supposedly wrote. I have written a check in years. Probably a collection call but sounds more like a scam to me.

Dean Garrett calling from this number telling me he is going to come serve me papers. Said he would yesterday and still hasn't threatening. Said I can resolve it before he serves me papers..never have seen him yet.

Yeah this guy just called the job i USED to work, completely insaine and disrespectful to the office manager...DEAN GARRETT... what a scumbag! had her almost to the breaking point, threatening to come down there with the police, demanding to know my work schedule and yelling like a crazed lunatic from what i hear, lmao WHAT A LOSER!! WHAT IS THIS PINEAPPLE EXPRESS?!!! I MEAN SERIOUSLY, GET A FRIGGIN LIFE DUDE! I HOPE I DO MEET THIS BIT** A** PHONE BULLY CUZ I GOT SOMETHING TO "SERVE" HIS A** WITH... AND IT AINT PAPERS..IF YA KNO WHAT I MEAN ; ) WHAT A DOUCHE!
Oh yeah and the name of the company @ 1-877-833-7749 is called Orbit Collections... and though Mr douche-DEAN doesnt work there persay he works for them and the rest of the ORBIT staff are a**holes too, these ppl talk sh*t cuz they're on THE PHONE!! cuz i bet you that if these ppl were face to face with al of us they've been harrassing ... they'd prbly be nice as pie!!!
Threatening calls; womlan identifies herself as "Alexis Scott" (does not sound foreign); calls on my cell phone as 'unknown' and my work phone as 'external number'. Does not provide any information except she is snide and rude and says things like "you've had an opportunity to resolve this and you haven't so papers are being prepared". Cute.
