It appears that not all of their phones work properly, so you may get a scrambled call or disconnect depending on the service rep you connect to. They only call if you are at least one week past due on a payment in their system, so if your payment hasn't posted don't worry and just let the representative know to leave a note on your account.

rep said Chartway Fed CU about a past due account. Big lie there. Lie #2, when you call back it is "Credit Card Processing Center" and not Chartway. The message you receive when calling back is "All agents are currently busy" then it disconnects.
