My wife got a call from this lady called Clay calling for me and telling her that i was being sued; gave her a case number without telling her what court. This is a scam.

received a call from this number where a lady identified herself as a process server named Kayla Jackson. She said that her or other authorities would be coming to serve me a summons at my home or my place of employment. She asked me to call this number to speak with the plaintiff. Just didn't sound right to me.
