If you have received a call from J. Graham, allegedly a collection agency who calls people and threatens them into paying them, I have found the following information about them. You can use it to threaten them - or better, demand written proof that you owe the debt they claim. If the debt is more than 3 yrs, old, for NC residents, most likely the statute of limitations has run and you have what is called an "affirmative defense" if they would file a "Complaint for Money Owwed" against you. The statute of limitations for a debt signed under "(SEAL)" is 10 yrs. - also for NC residents. I also found an address on Park Road in Charlotte. I can get the specific number if anyone is interested.

I have heard that the BBB had given them an "F" rating. However when I checked it this mrning they had a "B-" rating!!!
