Well, it could be Sirius since I have a subscription and my credit card just expired. I wouldn't have given that info over the phone anyway. I'll log on to my account and check things out there.

CALLER LEFT VOICE MESSAGE REQUESTING I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON MY SIRIUS XM ACCOUNT.
1) I DON'T HAVE A SIRIUS XML ACCOUNT.
2) I CALLED (THE REAL) SIRIUS XM AT 1-866-635-2349 AND ASKED IF 877-963-4322 WAS ASSOCIATED WITH SIRIUS XM.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID NO, AND THAT "ALL" OF SIRIUS XM TOLL-FREE NUMBERS START WITH 866.
ANY OTHER NUMBERS SUPPOSEDLY FROM SIRIUS XM ARE A SCAM.
In the message sirius radio claimed that I tried to renew service with them. They stated that my credit card on file was not good anymore so I needed to call and give them a new number. They also stated that charges were accruing per day so I needed to call them asap. When I called to see what it was all about I had to give them my personal information so they could "check" my account. I think this is criminal!!! After giving the rep my info so I could clear it up I was told that it was an auto renew service...even though I had not had sirius radio for 5 years!!!!!!! After much yelling, I was told that the message I received was a call from their sales department and was a ploy to get me to call and sell me new service! Now they have all my information because I HAD to give it to clear my account. This is disgusting and the lowest form of doing business!! I yelled to be taken off the list even though I am already on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!! These people must be stopped!!!
