He attempted to sell me vacation packages, I gave him a fake credit card number knowing this was a scam ... He started to use bad & threatening language and within moments called back panting and called again with more of his aggressive anger.

Rings and then hangs up, not leaving a message. I screen all my calls and will not answer any that do not identify themselves and some that do.

This is a call line for someone trying to get in your phone like spy ware that pay alot of money for .It's Rouge! Lucrative apps that cost can do this they simplt hace ti call you to answer block it , These type of apps are sneaky and you won't detect them. They are bad .so are people who uses them.

I never answer a call any more. Figure if they are legal they will leave a message. These calls are annoying. I don't know the caller and no message. You will get blocked. What my response leave a message. I don't do robo calls ever. Called twice already today. No ID No message.....NOT answering. Too much spamming and scams out there...Better safe than sorry...Don't recognize the number....gets blocked. Important callers will leave a message .... Right???

After my landline and cell phone ringing off the hook for 2 days and not knowing who was calling, I googled the number and came across this site. Knowing that it was ATT, and figuring the only way I could make it stop was to answer the survey, I picked it up on the second ring. The landline call was to critique the automated service (it got all ones). Not 2 minutes later they called on my cell to score the human being service (all tens). Over. Done. Am I happy about being held hostage by ATT? Nope, but it was easier than being annoyed by endless calls. Life is too short.

Shame on you AT&T for not handling a business call proper!!
You don't identify you business, you repeatedly robo call your customers
without the decenty to leave a business message. STOP robo calling
your customers. Better yet I will place your number on the website:

RECORDED MESSAGE: John is calling about an 'emergency medical alert system' that has already been paid for, already getting the system because a friend or family member has experienced a fall in the past. the shipping is already paid for. To schedule delivery, please press "1".

LIVE TELEPHONE CALL: Quinetta (I asked her to spell her name) answers. She is with Senior Alert Care, but can not provided me with a phone number should my battery go dead. Their monitoring is in NY. She is in NY. When asked who paid for this: "a friend or family member who was already experienced a fall" was her reply. I asked if their was an age requirement "she replied no age requirement" despite it being marketed to Senior Citizens. I asked her if she could mail me some information for consideration; she could not.
