Received a call from Samantha Gomez agent license # 3454 from localpages.com. She asked to verify information on my business. So I did. Then she starts talking about all these services their company offers for only $5.00. Really? SCAM!!!! I asked for a email with a list of their services so that I could look it over and decide. She told me that I had to pay first, then it would take 24-48 hours to receive a confirmation email. I kindly told her that I was not interested and hung up!

Last month, I was contacted by Maya Miciano agent license #1690 from localpages.com. 888-212-1421 I agreed to a listing only because she assured me the fee was just $5 one-time for setup with no additional charges. Then I got a $39.95 charge on my visa. When I called about it, they told me that their notes say I was informed of this monthly fee that I would be charged if I didn't cancel w/in 30 days. I demanded they reverse the charge and had to threaten to contact the FCC. They seemed unconcerned that one of their agents is committing fraud.
