just got a message from this phone number. he is singing a prank song. definitely not the navy

they said they were the us navy asking for me to donate to care packages being sent over seas.
They called last night, a holiday weekend, asking for someone who does not live here.
The number is on the DNC registry. I wish the feckless FTC would enforce the law on these criminals.
