They have been told no such person at this number and quit calling but continue to call.
I received their robo call on my home phone at 11:53 AM (PST). I phoned them back and identifed the phone number they had called. They said they were looking for a "Robert Martinez". I told them no one lives here by that name and that I am aware of the Illinois lawsuit against them. They thanked me and hung up. Maybe that will be enough to get our phone number off of their robo call system.
"Hank Salmon" is one of several fake names used by the credit scam "Leading Edge Recovery"
Illinois Sues Debt Collector
Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan has filed a lawsuit against a Chicago debt collection agency for allegedly using unfair tactics, intimidation and misrepresentations to convince consumers to make payments when, in some instances, the consumers never owed the money.
The lawsuit names Leading Edge Recovery Solutions, L.L.C., as the defendant.
