I thought I was calling my Humana insurance company to buy supplemental dental insurance. A saleswoman named Delores Zigler sold me an alternate plan not shown on my website. Two days later, when I never received any receipt, I called the phone number for ID and documents, and I got my real, actual Humana plan instead of this weird scam. I'm still trying to find out who this is. Apparently, I typed in the Humana website into the Google search instead of the address bar, which is a mistake.
