I received a computer generated call that left unsolicited messages on my voicemail. It said they had important information about my U.S. Cellular account. They called on 4,6,,8,13,18,21,and 23 Nov.2014. I called and was told there was nothing wrong with my account. On the 22 Nov. I called again really irate, and they disconnected my service on the 23rd. I called customer service on the 23rd and was told I shouldn't have been shut off. I have just fired off a letter to the Iowa State Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau.

This "private number" calls my house daily on a past due US Cellular bill. If you answer the phone and not say anything, nothing will be said, but if say something, your voice activates a message telling you to call 1-888-393-3900 about important US Cellular business.
