Got a message from Ashley yesterday. Called her office back (using Skype, so it registers my number as 123456 on their end). Spoke to someone named Erin. Asked if I could speak to Ashley. She said "May I have your name" and I said "no". She put me on hold and then hung up.

I called back :) I asked for Ashley again. This time, I was told "She is with a client" but I could leave my name and number for her to call me back. The company is called 1st Choice Mitigation. They have a website, http://1stchoicemitigation.com/ . I called the phone number listed on their website and it immediately went to a voicemail for "Ashley".

I have filed a complaint with the FCC, as we are on the No-call list and we have never done business with any loan modification program.

Caller is "First Choice Mitigation" and poses as a nonprofit. Probably a phishing scam.
