Cbcs or something like that trying to collet for gas company but won't give me Bill showing that charges were before I moved out as I'm pretty sure I paid my last Bill

Someone keeps calling my cell phone from this number and hangs up. This happens several times each day. No one ever leaves a message. Now, not only are they calling my cell phone but are calling my work as well. Still no one leaves a message.
