I receive about 3-4 calls per week from this company. It appears to be a scam. I have called back the number listed on the answering machine: 888-505-5709. The male answering the phone is rude, and refused to drop me from his call list. When I told him I would file a complaint, he response was, "Go ahead, were are not a sales company."

There must be something consumers can do about machine generated call such as this. What is it? Why is there no government agency to take care of this, and if there is, what is it?

Just listed this company/number in a complaint on donotcall.gov. I have never done business with them and am listed in the National Do Not Call registry. They should NOT be calling me. I intend to file a complaint each day until the calls stop.

They have called two more times since my last report and I've filed two more complaints with the DNC registry. Today's call was under a blocked number, but with the same recorded message for Doc Prep Solutions.
