called my cell twice. Does nOT leave message. I called number back man answer would not identify himself or company and then hung up on me. Report his number, block it do not answer!

calls, doesn't leave message... call back, make you hold for customer service, hung up after 3 minutes-can't afford to hold. I am on the "Do not call" registry and would appreciate the respect of a message or do not call!

This number should be reported to the authorities. Whoever is calling is calling incessantly and paying no attention to the "do not call" listing.
