i rreceived a number of calls and emails from this person claiming to work for the government.they said that i applied for some sort of grant from the government but i didnt.

I've gotten several calls from these people claiming to have information on grants. They claim to be A government institution which they are not. Do NOT them any of your information, or else you will get got.

I received a call from them, and being that I didn't recognize their phone #, I suspected that it was a collector or otherwise ANNOYING CALL, so I didn't answer. After checking them out on this website, I'm certainly glad that I didn't!!

Received a call from them stating that they would send me free grant information for a fee. Scary thing is they already had my address and emial address. They said I had requested this information and I did NOT. Very scary.

Claims to be from the US Grant office. I called back several time and they answer as the US Grant office. They claim to offer a free CD about US Grants if you pay 3.80 shipping and then wwwant your credit card number. These people took 300$ from my account last year. I will not fall for it again. A SCAM.
