Received a call on cell and now at work from Suzanne about a notice sent and wanted to give an opportunity to take care of before a judgement was render and now verifying my income. I needed to call right away 888-585-2112....no clue who this is or what they are referring to

They are continuing these scam calls, I just received the following first on my cell and then on my work extension, and yes, from a local area code - "Hi, this is Nikki with Structured Settlements and I am doing an audit of your file in our office. However, I did want to give you an opportunity of responding on your behalf before I turn in my recommendation. Now I don't have a lot of time to make contact with you on this matter so I'd appreciate a call back as soon as you get this message. The number to contact me is 1-888-585-2112..."

I got a call from Samantha at Structured Settlement from my local area code, but when she left the number on the message was 1-888-585-2112. She said that I had an automatic withdrawal from my checking account and that they needed to verify that it was me that authorized the withdrawal. I didn't see any abnormal withdrawal from my checking account. This is definitely a scam.

Yes there was a message on my cellphone saying I made arrangements but my check bounced..I never made payment arrangements not calling them back

A man named James from Structured Settlement keeps calling my work # and leaving a message saying that a payment I made to Structured Settlement to clear a debt was returned by my bank unpaid and that I had to call and make payment arrangements or they will have to take further measures to clear the debt. The number they leave to call back is 888.585.2112 but the number caller ID is to 850.299.9384. I don't owe a debt to structured nor have I made a payment to any one that has been returned by my bank unsatisfied. Be careful this is clearly a scam...I wish I knew how to stop the calls...uggh!!!

Called me on a local number, a male left a voice message, no name from Structured Settlement to call back to this 888 number regarding a "decision about my account". Definitely a scam

me too! local # they used and left a message that it was "structured settlement. "They have tried to get in touch with me numerous times (An African American woman's voice,but sounded like it may be prerecorded)and to call them back at 888-585-2112 to resolve this matter. Yeah right!!

Scam

I received a message saying they were going to take "action" from their "client". When I called back they said they were Structured Settlement and that I had taken out a "loan" and their client was bank of america. They wanted to know that I was being recorded and any info I provided would be used to collect a debt and wanted me to make a payment. I told them I never took a loan out from B of A. and hung up. The next day I went to B of A and the banker sat with me and assured me that I did not have anything showing I took out a loan. I returned the call to "Structured Settlement" and they wanted me verify some of my info and told me that the person I previously spoke to was not available and he needed to pull up my account, I told him they were a bunch of .... and he then tried to tell me that it was funds that were transfered into my account and that it wasnt a loan. These people are a bunch of crooks. Im also trying to figure out how they got attached to my credit report.

Left message claiming I had a conversation with someone in the office, my account has been red flagged and he would allow me to make a statement before he rendered a verdict. He doesn't have a lot of time to keep calling me. Says he's from Structure or Structured Settlement. Call came masked as a local phone number.
