They keep calling here relentlessly all day long. Most of the time I don't answer, other times when I do there isn't anyone on the line. Finally the other day a man asked for my mom who has been dead since 08. I asked who was calling and they said Citi Bank. I informed him that my mom had passed away and he hung up on me. My mom never had a Citi Bank account of any kind so if they were gonna try and collect some money from her, they would get nowhere! I just now got another call where a lady was on the other end and I told her look.....I keep getting calls from this number and Jane Doe has passed away and this is the point where your suppose to hang up on me. She did just that! Wonder how long it will take for another call. More than likely just a few hours! It's ridiculous!!

i found online that it's citibank , probably collections. i have no credit cards with them and a home loan that is automatic withdrawal and never late, yet i get 6+ calls a day, beginning at about 8am...this is flat out harassment and i plan on paying everything off with them asap and never ever doing business with them again. shame because i've had some sort of account with citibank for over three decades and in the last two years, i've learned to hate them.

Excessive calling (every hour if I don't answer).

They used call in your breakfast!!! And then and then and then all day!!! I'm tired already

Calls about six (6) times a day or more. I have them blocked!

9 calls in 24 hours.. unbelievable!

we have received multiple calls from this same number with either no response when we answer or someone very rudely looking for someone by only saying their first name (i.e. Bob, Fred, Sally etc.)

Slow learners.. don't seem to understand "Don't call here again."
