got a call 02-18-2011friday from this number the answer machine picked up the caller said name was jeff vaughn and a file was assigned to his office it regards someone we know it has some
conflicking facts and he wants us to comfirm and or correct the information in it but cant say on our machine what they are or leave on our machine in the massage what its about. we of corse
are not going to call the number we think it may be NCO co. or a bill collector my wife has had her I.D. taking by someone two years ago and used .we think this is a bill collector they have called two times now so we are going to complain to F,C.C. if they call again and we never have got
any letters or forms about it. hope this helps someone out there.

When ever you recieve a call from a possible debt collecter, remember that they must send you a letter first. Ask them why theyy are breaking the law. They will not bother you again. Or do what I like to do and dial *67-1-888-721-8850 and make a TON of funny, or obscene phone calls! It's actually kinda fun. They deserve it any way, right? Also, I am gouing to report them to the BBB and all the major credit card companies.. for REAL!

My mother received a call from this number by someone name Shawn. He told her that he was helping me out with a legal issue and that I had left her number as my contact number. When my mother told him that I did not live there (I haven't lived there in 15 years) Shawn gave her his extension number and a claim number. I have no idea what this is and would never give out my mother's phone number as my contact number. When I called the number he left 888-721-8850, a recording comes on to enter the ext # so I did. I got this Shawn's voicemail which said he was with Imperial Recovery Management. I didn't leave a message. I cannot find this company online and am hesitant to call back until I find out something further. Has anyone received a similiar call from a Shawn??
