Calls 3 times per day, even past 8 PM. Never leaves a voice mail.

This is a collection agency called Capital Management Services. They call me 2 to three times per day asking for someone I don't know and who doesn't live here. Then they don't take voicemails when they are closed so you can't complain that way. Go to their website at:
