From a debt collection agency claiming and individual here owes them and they have a program to help pay down the debt. they provide a ref# number.
Caller: SRA Associates
Said she was Stacy Sayers collecting for Dell. Very rude - would not provide account information and said if we did not pay the amount in full they would start collections and taking our things. Said her client did not accept payments of any kind. Called my sister's cell phone - How did they get her number? Phishing??
