Called and asked me for my billing address, Said they handle, "confidential information." I asked what kind of confidential information? and she said she needed to verify my address to tell me. I told them if they have to tell me anything, and they already have my address mail it to me. Shaid they did. I have not received anything from them "Pinnacle."

They said they were looking for "a family member" and tried getting my information. I told them not to call again and hung up.

Some lady called askin for me in the wrong last name. Then got rude when I told her she had the wrong person. I hung up!
