This collection agency called National Alliance Associates called stating they were calling from the Process Servers office stated someone has filed a complaint about oweing money to Circuit City and that they will be sending an officer to my house and serve me papers and wanted to know if I would be home to receive a summons and wanted to get updated information. I felt very threatened and was upset all day until I found out from other customers that they have been harrased and lied to the same way.
I was concerned aswell wit this Starks fellow...to my suprise he shows up at my door wit a summons to appear in court. I followed the directions in the summons and called their legal dept and made a arraingments to resolve this mess.
Call, threatens arrest if you don't pay. Has been reported to AG, will give conflicting information as to who they are, where they are located.
