I never answer Toll-free numbers on my Cell PHone or ppl with Blocked ID's. The only person with a blocked # that I answer is my sister. As for any random toll-free number that calls my cell phone, I always Google it to see what is up with it.... Seems to be lots of scams going around lately and I will treat it as such.....

A woman left a voice message saying she is calling regarding a private business matter but there is no name or company stated, no defined reason for a call. The caller Id is blocked. Doesn't sound professional to me.
