they keep calling daily, it's always an automated call and it says to remain on the line for a representative. I waited ten minutes the first time. NEVER again... I never did get anyone on the phone and I refuse to wait for anyone ever again. If they wish to speak to me so badly, have a person right there and don't ever put me on hold. Don't waste my time and it's now bordering on harrassment.

My parents (in a place and with a umber at which I have never lived) get a call every few months; they want me to call 888-876-2814 with a reference number. My parents haven't spoken to anyone; it's always a message they find on their answering machine.

I keep getting calls from Capio partners refusing to give me information about them until i verify personal information about us! They keep hanging up on us!

They keep calling and asking for a person who does not live here. I have told them this person does not live here and they continue to call.

I get calls from Capio Partners and they ask questions and will not respond to who they are or why they are calling other than to say they have to obtain information so they can make sure they are talking with the correct person even though I told I am the person. THey hang up and say they will continue to call when I ask they to either tell me purpose of their call or who they represent.... I requested that they quit calling they refuse..

They harass [several calls per day & week] Do not owe debt- had two ins companies & they couldn't verify any amount owed...
