H3A-3G2, numero de telephone 514 315 2935, ce numero de telephone nous a appele hier le 7 septembre 2011, puis le lendemain on a recu un colis donc le numero de telephone est 1 888 905 6170, 9496 avenue Charton, suit 201, Montreal H1Z-2L8. Les deux sont les memes compagnies.

I received a call informing me I owed them money and 3 days later I received a box. Since then I have been harrased to give my credit card information. I calle The Comeptition Bureau of Canada 1-800-348-5358 which is the equivalent of Bureau de la protection des consomateur, but for businesses. Can be done in french or english. DO NOT GIVE OUT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, IF YOU PAY THEM THEY WILL SEND YOU MORE AND WILL UPLOAD YOUR CARD! THIS IS A FRAUD and they are under investigation so please send the Govt. your information which will help them.

This is the Canadian Government office of protection for companies. When I explained to them what happened, they told me to file a complaint on the site. As I explained to them that I had seen on the net that others had also fallen victim to this fraud, I was asked to let you know about this service, the more people complain the better it is.
I received a notice not long after saying that they had received my complaint and were investigating, so if you are reading this please check out the site above - this is from the Canadian Govt. has an english and french site, and put in a complaint. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IF YOU PAY THEM THEY WILL SEND YOU MORE AND IF YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT INFO THEY WILL LOAD YOUR CARD.

Someone called and asked who was speaking. Then without permission, sent us some products specifying it was that person who ordered it - which is false. Of course there was a price to that. Last september, we received the same "merchandise" with the same stratagem and I was able to talk to someone and finally returned the whole merchandise back but we had to pay for it. Several months after, we received statements saying we handn't paid ... and finally everything was OK. But this February, the same stratagem and when I called them to tell them that I would return their "junk" back but they would have to pay for it, they refused and said they would sue us if we didn't pay. We still have the merchandise and will certainly not pay for it. I just talked with one of my friends and that same thing happened to their company too. And I can only presume that we are not the only ones. And the worst is that some people just probably pay for their stuff just to get rid of them but it never ends because whether you pay or not, they will go on and on (I had specified in my letter that I wanted them to remove our name from their call list).
