I've been receiving 8 to 12 calls a day from this number. Caller ID only shows that it's a blocked call. When I answer, I get a recording that says it's US Cellular calling regarding my account and that I should call them immediately. I called US Cellular on the number they provide on their website and asked them about these calls. They looked up my account and said they had no record of anyone from USCellular calling me and couldn't see any reason why they would as my account is in good standing. Then I called 888-939-3900 and got someone who said they are representing US Cellular and my account is past due and if I don't pay it by phone immediately, they're going to cut off my service. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not give these people your personal information. USCellular will NEVER call you on your land line, they'll always call on your cell.

Robo calls every two or three days saying the following: "This is US Cellular. It is important that you call us immediately regarding your account."

I do not have a US Cellular account, I've never had one, and no one in my household has one.

Believe it or not, this Is a valid number for one of the Finance Offices of U.S. Cellular.
Understanding that no one or no thing is perfect - they do make mistakes. A simple reply to the number left in your message will allow the details to be discussed and resolved.

Message says to call 18889393900 about my account immediately. Haven't had an account with them since April. Called the number and there was no one on the other end. Is this a scam?

I am receiving a call a day from this number. It is US Cellular. I have an acct that is up-to-date. Never late but just upgraded my acct. and it still sucks. Just purchased a Blackberry from T-Mobile and will happily be paying to terminate this sucky service!!!!

Repeated calls on a daily basis. No real person on the line. We've called US Cellular directly and asked to be removed from the call list multiple times.
