I received this message too from Brian Cox 888-984-4105 to update State & Federal Safety info for my company when I call it back I get Chris's VM

4/7/17 - I returned to work from lunch and there was a message on the phone.
"Chris" (who failed to mention a company) was calling about State & Federal Safety Requirements for the business. Way ahead of ya "Chris", not returning your call due to safety issues !! The moron called from this number (419) 491-4966, but wanted a return call to this number 888-984-4105. Not sure he realized when he was leaving this lie in my company voicemail, the caller ID was recording his phone number too !! Great job !! Thanks Chris. Don't call me, I'll call you......

Received a message from this number from "Christopher" wanting to discuss State and Federal Safety Training Requirements. Appears to be a scam of some sort.

Called with message something about 'health and safety ' requirements for a business. did/will not return call
