After multiple calls & hang ups I've reported this number to the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. You all should do the same (1-877-382-4357). Here is info about this number I found on another site:

"Calls sometimes 2-3 times a day, or sometimes 2-3 times a week.
Leaves no message, when answered hangs up, when called back high frequency noise like a computer operated phone line. Did a little digging and found out that this is a man who is committing fraud against various newspapers accross the country. He has computers set up to call people and hang up, then he charges these "sales attempts" to the newspapers he is supposed to be trying to sell.
Said he had been "in business" for many years, and was very upset and angry when he realized I had him figured out.

Repeatedly calling.. caller not known

I was some girl selling newspaper subscriptions, at least they identified themselves with caller ID, so people may know at once that they are telemarketers. This call made me question the efficiency of Do Not Call list.
