This means that the CIBC bank official uses your identity to take student loan, fraudulently. You are one of the victims of fraudulent loan.

This caller claimed to be from CIBC, an acct I havent had and closed over a decade ago. Pauline Bowen or something like that was the agents name. She was combative and rude for NO reason. It was almost laughable. The sheer audacity of it all, is that I dont even owe them money, lmao! I owed some loot after University but have since taken care of that and really when she said its about your education I was like...um, say what now? I cleared up any of that debt so why she stalking? When I called back to help her not call me back w some info to sort herself out...she was seemingly in her feelings. I just laughed and blocked. My trustee basically said to ignore em they working w old info suggesting the file from cibc was sent to a thrid party due to how old the acct was. ppl trying to catch ppl w vinegar, smdh
