simply tell them you are not paying and to take the matter to court and any more call will constitute harassment.

Calls a couple of times a day. So annoying. I picked up once to tell them to stop phoning me, but plays message "we need to talk with (my name) immediatly, this is an emergency. Please press any number to talk to someone now" which I suspect if it's a scam of some sort.

I have tried hanging up, they still called. I have tried answering and only got put on hold. I have tried not answering and they are still harrassing me. I got an answer once, it was global credit but they were asking for someone else who had the same name, but not the same date of birth as me. I pay all my bills and loans on time. I have never did a late payment nor have I ever had any debt problems.
