Harrasing calls about an account that has been paid off for months. Have asked to be removed. Say they will and then call back.

Harassing calls and they have the wrong number...no one by the name they were asking for owns my cell number! So irritating!! They keep saying they've 'noted the account' and 'won't ever call again', but they continue to call!
