I know I owe this bill. Not working and once I receive my disability I will pay. If this is a medical bill please note that I have been approved for Medicaid and the bill needs to be re-submitted to them.

I am out of work due to a bck engery. Been fighting for my social security disability & denied twice. Who is the collector and if it is a medical bill refer it to Medicaid. Maybe they will pay it.

Called and hung up without leaving a message. We have now had two different NC medical collection agencies trying to collect the same bill. We suspect this is a third company trying to do the same. We notified them for the descrepancy, so now they are trying to call the patient directly. Result, I now have to hold funds until the hospital clarifies who is supposed to recieve the funds.

It is a medical debt collection agency in Raleigh, NC. They represent over 650 hospitals. They have multiple automated phone dialers and multiple pjone numbers. They do not care if it is the right number or not. They will continue to call. Their office number is 919-755-3900. You should ask that they stop calling you and if they do not report the harassment to the North Carolina Attorney General's office at this website http://ncdoj.gov/Consumer/2-2-12-File-a-Complaint.aspx
You can actually request financial damages for the harassment.

They keep calling on my mobile telling me to hold when I hold a person gets on the phone and asks me to give them my personal info (SS#, etc) to prove my identification. Evidently, the assumed the debt from Time Warner Cable. I moved and my sister accidentally packed my digital cable box. I shipped it back to TWC and have tracking documentation to show it. They still have not cleared my debt even after they have received the box.
