A "Jason Baker" from "Health Advisors" was on the other line when I answered my phone. When I asked who was calling after he first introduced himself, he said, "What?" You know - totally professional. Re-introduced himself in an enunciated and slightly rude tone. Asked about pain or scars, I interrupted him again and asked what insurance agency he was with. Claimed he worked with 351 companies, include BCBS, I interrupted him again to tell him "Bye" - I could hear him saying, "Wait..." as I flipped my phone open to hang up on him. Try again, "Jason."
