I get calls from this number several times a day. A call back reveals that "the person has a voice mail box that has not been set up at this time". I have now blocked this caller.

Calls several times a day annoying
Calls several times during the day. A message is left for solar power something or another.
The call proported to be from the power company and offered us reduced rates if we pushed 1 and talked to a service person. We were advised our number would be removed from their list if we pushed 5. We did so. However, we have received identical calls from several numbers over the last month, often up to 5 times per day, from several different numbers. Pushing 5 does nothing and the calls continued. Blocking the number only results in calls from new numbers.
