I got the exact same call. The automated message didnt seem to know my name, what I was being sued for or the case number supposedly held against me. I've received no postal notices at all from the IRS.- they always send letters for this kind of thing.

Robocall - left a voicemail saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I need to call back for more info.

received voicemail , " the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you ", "please call back to get more detailed imformation "
went online and typed in this number only to make sure . it immediately showed the number as IRS SPAM ! please be aware , never call back and report the number immediately.
