A live person asked for me by my full legal name. When I acknowledged who I was, she asked if her employer could contact me with life insurance quotes. I asked who her employer was and how she got my name and number. She answered 'from a third party, is that a problem'. I said yes, and informed her this number is registered on the 'Do Not Call List' and stated I'd like to know the name and address of your employer. She said "I bet you would" and quickly hung up.
A complaint was made on the same day with the FCC (http://www.fcc.gov/complaints).

they called and ask for bank number and said there was a bad accdint
