Nick Patel called me and stated that my house was going to be foreclosed on because of lack of escrow funds and to send him 700.00 on a green dot card of I would be sued for 4,000 .

they called me to tell me they are going to arrest me because I wouldn't give them my Zip code. Ha
Nick Patel is a fraud. Do not pay him anything. He call me at 12:05 9/13 and said I qualified for the Bank of America Modification Program. Nick asked me to pay $637.30 for taxes I owe (?) I gave him my bank info and he said he would call me back when it went through. He called back and said the bank would not allow the payment. He told me to go to Wal-Mart and get a Green Dot Money Coupon for the amount of $637.30 and call him back with the 14 digital number on the back of the coupon. .. I called Bank of America and reported him to fraud department .. he called me back several times. I ask BofA if I should contact my local P.D. fraud division and they said no and they would follow up on it. I think BofA is just covering their butt. Pass the word on. Tell every one that will listen.
