And according to the state's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at least one known company has been ignoring the state's Do Not Call list and phoning FPL customers to offer energy audits that often turn out to be just a foot in the door for a major sales push. That company — known by such names as Solar First LLC, and Florida Energy Assessment Group — may not be posing as an FPL affiliate, but a judge is in the process of fining the company and ordering it to stop violating the state's Do Not Call list law.
