for all of the above complaints: if i were to give you information WITHOUT verifying who you are (i.e. asking for ssn or dob), you'd complain i gave out your info... when i ask for you to identify yourself, you complain that i DIDN'T give out that same information... oh, and by the way: if you don't want the phone calls, then don't put yourself into this situation. it's hardly the caller's fault that you didn't keep to your word and now someone has to find you. lastly, who are you to complain that you don't know who called you when your complaint is anonymous?

This number just called my place of business and he said I needed to get an attorney right away. He would not state his number or reason for calling me.

Very obstainant. Would not state his name or his business calling me. Would not state the name of his company. Called my place of employment and implied falsely that he was with the sheriffs department and would be "serving" me there. Called me names and said I was being rude and childish. Yet the whole time he wold not so much as give me his NAME!
