Now this person called who naturally is a foreigner/asian calling to let me know that a warrant has been issued for my arrest & my family and that I would be arrested today and if I wanted to know why I was being arrested I had to call this number back. They have my ssn & believe it or not this is where I work, but they're stating that I've gotten this money and a suit is against my ssn. This call is coming from CA and I do know for a fact myself if a suit was against me and it's out of state it would be transferred to where I am. Why can't something be done about this. I saw on the internet that these people were tarketing people that were on the "do not call list", now how true, I don't know but it's really beginning to get on my nerves.
My Gf recieved the same call.There is also some very interesting timeing involved as well.Has anyone else won anything in a state or county lottery?Scratch cards or number picks?I am wondering if this might be some sort of link between victims,especially the money cases! I Where I would be willing to bet that they would offer to settle out of court for a sum.
I got the same call. Filed a complaint with the police. I'll press charges if they want me to.
They are doing this same thing to me!! From this very same number! They call my cell & my work phone constantly accusing me of various crimes.. They even got vulgar with me over the phone and also left vulgar messages, thats how I know this is some kind of scam! Who can I talk to, to get these people off my back?!
