Calls everyday day and never leaves a message. Like another commenter said, when I call back there is a recording that says "goodbye" and call is disconnected. So annoying.

I was called today 07/13/2011 from telephone number 952-378-9041 telling me that I won A $1000.00 on line shopping spree and 5 magazine subscriptions for 5 years and I was wanting to know who it was that called me and was this a spam call. They wanted me to help pay for the magazines at $3.45 a week and being billed to one of my charge cards but I gave them a phony card number. Can you help me out with this call? I would appreciate anything that you could do.
