Thei have been getting calls from this number for past 2 weeks, first there was some one speaking in broken english, then a recording masge , when i called the number back, was dead, did not exist, with some people i know, i managed to trace the call back, it was traced to a call centre in mexico, runs by a guy called Robert Gracia. he use the number to get you personal information and sell it to the third party, they mainly look for the address where the phone register to, he employ different people with different accent, i found his phone number also , when i called him, he confirm that he was Robert Gracia, then he hang up, when i called again the number was disconected, his name being passed to lawenforcement , and soon or later he would be caught

got a call 11/21/10 at 9:21 AM - number not allocated was the answer when I called it back

got called on cell on 11 21 10 @ 10:48 am, no message left, called it back stated number not allocated ?

Called my cell phone recording was in spanish and said, " Congratulations that I had been selected...." and then I hung up.
