The caller claimed they represented Visa and Mastercard Card Member services and offered to lower the interest rate on either a Mastercard or Visa credit card. Upon finding out that my card was maxed out, they proceeded to tell me that I am not in good standing and when I told them it was not my business they proceeded to say vulgar remarks to me and call me all kinds of names. Upon looking up this phone number on the internet, apparently they are looking to charge peoples cards for their services in the amount of $800. They told me I am doomed and they will make sure that I become the victim of identity theft.

Recorded message stated that there is no problem with my account but they are offering a lower rate on my credit card. Since I do not have any credit cards and I receive this call a lot I waited on the line for a live person. I asked then in a polite way to please remove my number because I do not have any credit cards. He asked how old I was. I told him over 21 so I am capable of having him put me on the do not call list. He said he would help but he needed to ask a few questions first. I said ok and he said he needed to know my chest size because he was coming to my house to fu@k me. Can you please help me to block this from happening again?

The message says it is very importnat that this is an urgent message about information of your current credit card. Your eligibility of lowering interests rate on your credit card will expire soon so you need to act soon to lower your interests rate. I do not have any outstanding credit card debt and hearing this message disturbs me as it makes me feel that it was a call from my credit card company.

I had another call from “Card Holder Services” ( # 972-300-0001) I know it is a fishing scam, but they always call under different phone numbers with different area codes. So, today I picked up and answered the phone (without thinking) and because I don’t know about you but I have been receiving political calls out the wazoo! When I heard the company name I decided to wait on the line to talk to a person and ask yet once again to be removed from the calling list. What I was met with when I asked was a strait forward “No” Then it proceeded like this;
Me “excuse me, may I speak to a supervisor”
Fisher “No, you don’t understand the meaning of, No?”
Me “No, as in no I don’t want to talk to you. Give me a supervisor”
Fisher “I have a question are you a porn-star”
Me “What the f*** did you just ask me”
Fisher” Are you a porn-star?” (Saying ever word labored, to make sure I heard what I heard)
Me “You are an illegitimate worker, who works for an illegitimate company, so a porn-star would be more respectable. Get me off your f***in list now”
Fisher “well, you must be a whore then, why are you talking to me whore”
Me “that’s f*** you I am putting the conversation up on every web site I can” (clicking hang-up button cause I cannot slam a cordless phone)

The initial recording said I am currently paying a high interest rate on my card (no specific card name) and should press '9' to speak with a representative to lower my interest rate.
When I reached a live representative, I asked who he was calling to speak with. He checked his call records and did some sort of search to get my last name. He said he wants to lower my interest rate on my Visa or Mastercard. I asked for a specific card number, and he hung up.
