973-368-9700 just called our business after closing hours. Caller ID comes up as "COGNIZANT TECHN". Upon further review of our Caller ID logs it seems that they have called our business, after closing hours, at the same time everyday for the last 7 days but have never once left a message. Will be blocking the number immediately, as no one here has Blue Cross or Blue Shield, and has never heard of or dealt with anyone called Cognizant.

Caller said they were from Blue Cross Blue Shield but did not. Give his name nor the nature of the call. Said he was looking for me and used my full name. Left a reference number and BCBS phone number which is on the back of my card and is the general phone number. Asked that I return his call. I think it’s one of those like the IRS scam where fixed it when you called the number it actually was the sheriff office and terrified people. A deputy told me they had received calls all day long. Shocking how far these scams can go.

Got a Call saying they were Blue Cross & Blue Shield what me to give information but want to give information back. When ask to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold and then hung up. Tried to call back and It wasn't what she said it was. It was a scam

Just tried to call me 5 times within 8 minutes. Never picked up as I never do anymore with callers I don't know. Very annoying. A real caller would never do that.
